What would happen if one thousand...
...homeowners were helped to live in their homes with dignity?
...children were given quality out of school time opportunities?
...young people and leaders were taught the importance of service?
...children were shown the truth that servant leaders take responsibility for their community?
The answer to these questions is revealed in the testimony of The Pittsburgh Project. Thousands of homeowners, children, and families have benefited from this ministry in its thirty-four-year history.
Today, our challenge is to not just be satisfied with the past. As long as there are vulnerable homeowners in the city of Pittsburgh, then we have a reason to work. As long as there are children and families in our Northside neighborhood that need access to educational resources and support, then The Pittsburgh Project must strive to come alongside of them.
We also must raise up the next generation of inner-city, suburban and rural leaders who serve. This is the work and call of our organization.
...join us in our efforts to aid the next one thousand homeowners?
...help us as we seek to impact the lives of the next one thousand students?
...stand with us as we empower our next one thousand servant leaders?
...Give 1000 Futures?
This is the heart of The Pittsburgh Project's Give 1000 Futures campaign. It seeks to secure futures for our community, one individual at a time. An annual $1000 gift will enable us to continue serving the vulnerable in Pittsburgh.
Yours in service,
The Pittsburgh Project
